So, I gave up SBs probably a year or so ago when one of my accounts was cancelled. Anyway, ds has an account he set up and uses. How does that kid make money? He has his own PP acct (I don't know how he has done this - don't you need a checking acct or something), uses apptrailers on his ipod to make money, and does youtube videos which he says he is getting some money for (guess it has to do with the ads - he says he's partnered with youtube). Anyway, point is, this kid amazes me (well, sometimes......). He just turned 13, but he used to be my coupon buddy back when the deals were good. I know when he was 10ish he was working the deals on his own and when there was a hot deal it would get a little competitive.
Just can't stop watching this youtube video. I don't normally share but this 1 is just so funny. Promise its work safe - BBC tv show where they mime songs.

This attic is going to be the death of me. I was up until 3am taping & mudding drywall. Started again this morning & I just *cannot* get the f'ing corners right. I have a guy from Craigsist coming over in a few minutes. I am almost hoping he abducts me & puts me out of my misery. This has gone on far too long. My DH is doing a great job...but he does things in a whacky order. Like he'll dosome electric, then some drywall, then some framing, then some more electric... you get what I mean. I feel like not one thing is finished (except for the wood floor, because I did that all at once :duh: ) and there are a million things going on up there. Why can't we do alllll of the drywall at once so I can tape/mud/sand/paint all of it, instead of doing it 3 times? :gah: I am so exhausted.

I'm just impressed that you are able to do this stuff. I've never even hammered a nail, and I'm fairly certain if I ever tried I'd end up hurting myself (that's my story and I'm stickin' to it).

We have a Vita Mix too! It's pretty old though ... at least 10 years+ but I still use it at least 3-4x a week. I add veggies to our smoothies all the time. As long as there is banana in it (since it has such a strong flavor), it will usually cover the taste of anything else in there!
This is brilliant. I wish I'd given ex-H all of my tools & never offered to help new DH do anything around here. That goes for yeard work, too.

How can there be a shortage of tPA? It's ridiculous that a major teaching hospital, one of the best in the country, ran out of tPA. :gah:
Sad for friends of mine who have been together for about 8 yrs. They've been married for 5. He was MY friend first and she became one due to their marriage...I REALLY LIKE her and they are having problems...HE does NOT seem to give a ****...I fear they will end up divorced...perhaps it's what is best for them but I'm sad for them regardless. Also trying NOT to take sides.

The guy was super old...took one look at the room & told me to buy different product & try again. :lol: So I tried again & it didn't go well, but it was a little better.
Like all good DIY projects that last too long & involve a husband/wife team, DH & I are now totally arguing over every. little. thing. His mom's surgery is today & he is going to stay with her at her house for at least tonight. Hopefully I will wrap some things up here today/tomorrow so he can come here with her. DD19 came home from school last night to help out with stuff around here. It's amazing what she will do for a tank of gas & $50. :lol:

Funny, But seriously, you have no idea how much easier the bullet is to deal with. I was doing smoothies with my blender until DH brought home the bullet and now I don't know how I lived without it. (I know I sound like the infomercial
