Yes, I got the call. My, uh, skin is molting off.

My dad has it, too. Bad blister-ish rash, looks almost like chicken pox or measles. And my hands look like gummy psoriasis, also my upper arms.

Anyway so I guess we are going on a gluten-free adventure.

Why are men so **** stubborn. Bf is at home throwing up. I keep trying to get him to go to urgent care for tamiflu but no he is going to wait it out

How I wish we didn't have to discuss any of this. This was never a conversation I ever envisioned having with a sibling.... with our parents, yes, but with a sibling, no. :cry1:

The surgery is to hopefully help her breathe easier, not to remove any of the cancer. She can barely breathe now, gets winded climbing even 2 steps. :cry1::cry1::cry1:

I know neither of us will get a wink of sleep tonight. I'll be praying non-stop, there is nothing else I can do.

:huggy: sending thoughts and prayers for your family today. I can't imagine even the thought of losing one of my sibs :pout:
 
Ennui, so sorry about your sister, I will be praying for both of you. I'm sure you are providing her great comfort by listening to her and being there for her, I know how hard it is, may God give you both strength.

ok, the cosmos are consipiring against my hubby and I. I sent him 4 texts this morning and he did not get any of them. I got texts from him and i am able to text others and receive, but for some reason, he is not getting my texts.


Soo....I email him, I asked him to respond that he got it. NOTHING. So I call him, and said, "really, u are not getting my emails either??" he said he got them both and responded to both 30 minutes ago. I have no email from him on my end. WEIRD, JUST WEIRD!!!
 
Lisa, does he have firewalls at work? Sometimes dh doesn't get some of my stuff either he says it's because of the firewalls at work.

I'm really sorry to hear about your sis Ennui. Cancer is a cruel disease. My sis was right where yours is about 4 weeks ago but she seems to be improving and can breathe again without oxygen and lung drain. We are waiting for a scan to see if they got her cancer into remission. It feels so wrong to go through this with a sibling, but I guess the reality is that it could be any one of us. I hope she gets some relief from the surgery. Prayer absolutely works and I will be praying for your sis and family.

Had to go over to the bank and straighten out some high drama with the company account which killed more of my day than I would have liked. Decided to run into Dominick's for a latte on my way back.

Random $10 basket credit came off when I put in my FV #, got a latte and a reusable Starbucks cold cup that was on clearance for .54 :bliss:

Now if only I got a free latte every time I had to deal with idiots :lol:
