What's For Dinner?

I've started the March Challenge with my kids (each picks a night to plan, prepare and cook dinner) so tonight DS15 made us cheeseburgers, waffle fries and strawberries. Was great to just have to offer some minimal assistance.
 
Boneless pork chops baked in mushroom gravy, baked potatoes, corn. Homemade chocolate chip cookies for dessert
 
I guess I must have gotten the "today is taco day" email too. We are having vegetarian taco salad and I'm planning on using corn tortillas to make it more like actual tacos. It's all prepped and ready to finish a little closer to dinner. Ds8 has been having sick stomach issues but I'm upgrading him from dry toast to sort of soup (put some cooked chicken tenderloins and brown rice into the veggie broth I tried on him earlier).
 
Burrito with black beans, lime rice, steaks pepper, guacamole. We like this at Chipotle, so I learn how to make it.
 
DS is making porkchops...I am bringing rolls & grapes...DH declined because he says DS uses too much wierd stuff when he cooks (like spices), so I am making him a pan of corn bread...he eats it like pancakes with syrup and butter...talk about wierd...

ETA: Vino for me and DH! Really, I wasn't even having any when I wrote that!:snort:
 
I had some leftover crab from dining out with a GC from Christmas... so crab stuffed mushrooms, filet medallions, roasted Parmesan potatoes and some of yesterdays leftover veggies for me.
