What's For Dinner?

Did a bad thing and did chicken not only twice in one week but on back to back days :giggles:at least they were in the form of man food...he didn't complain though!

Honey chicken wings n/dip ( on sale 1.99/lb at Jewel who could resist?)
potato skins with cheese, bacon, sour cream and green onions
pinwheels stuffed with buffalo chicken dip, more cheese bacon and green onion

I did make some veggies but the steamer bag must of been open because they seemed "off" . I pitched them...DH said that's what i get for making veggies:lol:

It's Tuesday so that means pizza.

Local pizza place has a promotion on Tuesdays (must be a slow day for them). Starting at 5pm, you can order a medium 1 topping pizza for carry-out for whatever time you called in at. Called at 5:04, paid $5.04 each (limit 5), but with how busy they are, it usually takes almost an hour before they're done. I've been picking them up for the neighbors/family - mom collects everyone's order & calls it in and then lets me know how many/what time to pick them up, and then I deliver.

Homemade pizza. It is group violin practice day so we need something we can eat fast and run out the door with if need be.

Recipe?

I think this is something that would be Lex-safe and he would like.

I did a can of beef broth, packet of Good Seasons dry Italian dressing and a jar of gardiniera or I've also do a jar of pepperocini, put the roast on top. Cook a long time, 8+ hours on low. Shred and remove fatty pieces. Enjoy on rolls.

An oven cooked roast with potatoes and carrots- prolly a salad, boring but it smells sooo good in here. Lazy Sunday cooking.
