Right with you there... I just made some Reese's PB bars with some of that free/cheap PB we got. "frosting" of melted chocolate chips is all that is necessary in this case. (BTW these are for a customer, I am working to recommit to be fit but I did separate a tiny bit for Me and DH 's dessert tomorrow and I did use low fat PB and margarine instead of butter)
 
Love them! My 9 year old son was sitting with me and said...."mom...those would be perfect for Teacher Appreciation Week!" He is right. Poor kid...I chaired it last year and the kid is now programmed to keep an eye out for ideas. You are so talented.

Cookiemom- they are perfect! i have never seen cookies like this. Showed DH some of your cookies on FB and he said he wouldnt even want to eat them they're so perfect :lol: you are very talented!
