Broccoli. (haha cauliflower was my mom's favorite vegetable, she made it so often that it virtually grew out of my ears at some point )

Cabbage, I think. I love it steamed with a little butter, salt and pepper, and of course it's fabulous as cabbage rolls. Coleslaw. Super versatile.
