I'm not sure if anyone has been seeing the Timberwolves games.

But Beasley is playing like a maniac (in a good way) now. It's hard to believe this is the same man that was considered lazy on the Heat two years ago.

If it really IS the trade rumors that are making him play, then if I were the wolves I'd trade him.

A player shouldn't have to be put in a situation of duress in order to perform. He should have a desire to win that makes him want to play like that.

Yesterdays game with the T wolves vs. Clippers, beaseley was on fire. Twolves bench accumulated over 54 of the 109 points which is really good.

Michael Beasley is an athletic freak and he can breakout at will. I believe he just needs motivation.

Motivation is a huge part along with maturity. There are a lot of athletic freaks out there that don't succeed for various reasons. But whatever has been helping him these past few games needs to keep up for sure.

It was only several days ago that we were discussing that he was one of the bigger busts in the NBA, LOL. Suddenly he's rocking it up. Now he just has to string those types of games together.

He's playing for a trade. I wish he'd get his head right as he could potentially take the timberwolves to the next level.

But if it's true that he's only doing this to fend off trading then it won't matter. The moment he feels secure he'll go right back to being lazy again.

Boston sports radio stations have been throwing his name around as a guy we could trade for. I immediately said "Please no". He's the last thing the Celtics need. It's definitely time to blow things up and rebuild but don't start with Michael Beasley.

Michael Beasley is not a bust. Hasheem Thabeet, Adam Morrison are busts. Beasley has maturity issues but clearly shows that he is able to put up big numbers in this league. He just has to be in the right situation.

Exactly. If Beasley were on a team with a few vets to take him under their wing, he would be a major force in the NBA. Talent yes, issues, well also yes.
