it was fine. i don't highly recommend it, but it is highly edible. it's good for vegetarian. but it isnt all yummy like veggie burgers are. it tastes more like cheap turkey in those encore family sized meals. it does say on the box that it is highly recommended that it be served with the gravy, but i didnt want any. i could see that being an improvement. but on a sammich with mustard it was good.
it looks like the round bread from great harvest though. even more once you cut into it. it's a little tough. but the dogs LOVE it...
