I ate way too much salt yesterday. I picked up sopressata, asiago cheese, mixed olives, and sundried tomatoes at Shop Rite's Olive Bar. That stuff is awesome but it's all so salty. My buddy made a tomato salad and fried zucchini in garlic and oil.
It was all so good. We ate like kings I'm paying for it today all bloated and chit, lol.
Why not? A nice good meatloaf and some cooked carrots to go along with it is a pretty good meal, especially to those who don't have time (or take the time) for cooking.
I had a pint of wild-berry yogurt ice cream, and two sandwiches (a wrap with cottage cheese, salad and cold cuts, and a bread roll with burger and fried egg). I feel spoiled! :D
