Total solar eclipse of August 21, 2017

Anyone making plans to see the eclipse? I for one am going south to Carbondale to see it! It is going to be an amazing sight.

Even if you don't live in the path of totality or aren't going to travel to it, the Moon will still block a considerable amount of the Sun!

Solar eclipses are inferior to lunar eclipses in every way. I simply stared at the one that happened this past September for the entirety of its existence, and it momentarily gave me the power to keep moving forward with my team...

IMO, a solar eclipse is much more spectacular than a lunar eclipse.

Well, I suppose I do enjoy Solar Eclipses too.  I'm just more about the moon.
