Do you think in the pace we move, fighting against nations, countries, places etc. will third world war begin?

I feel it won't as many peacemakers and problem solvers are taking care of the fights it may not lead to a big war among countries.
 
I think that there are too many civilized countries for there to be a world war. Not all of us want to blow everyone else up *cough*NorthKorea*cough*
 
Nah, there isn't going to be a WW3. Actually, someone on my Facebook news feed was worried that she was going to be evacuated...Silly people these days. -.-
 
I don't think there will be a WW3. Many countries would know that being involved in a new world war could destroy them. More countries would become a neutral one like Switzerland.... clever people.

I can not say but All I know is that as time goes things gets tough,people gets tough and nature turns against us.


We are creating our own enemies which is ourself.
 
If people could practice the art of convincing more, I'm trying to teach an Englishman how to play some Chinese games, but he sounded so close-minded and hypocrite.
 
If he doesn't want to learn then he doesn't want to learn, don't try and force something upon someone that's not interested.

That's what went wrong with religion.

Anyway I don't know what that's got to do with world war 3.
 
Sorry but Wei Qi has nothing to do with practicing compassion and peace. The whole game is an adversarial game with the objective of surrounding more territory than your opponent. In the game you are trying to take as much of the territory (the board) as you can to beat your opponent. Sound like compassion and peace? I don't think so.

No, it's also teaching you how to keep your borders intact and how to govern your own people. You haven't seen a finished game, right?

I haven't played the game. But how is teaching you how to govern your own people anything to do with compassion and peace?

I fail to understand how it has anything to do with compassion and peace at all. The aim of the game is to beat the other opponent by obtaining and not losing any more territory on the board than your opponent. It's basically a battle to win the majority of space on the board is it not?

And how to keep and not cut your ties to your friends and to build bridges, which is also the Tai Chi symbol's meaning (Ying Yang). Tai Chi symbolizes how to preserve Peace in my culture. You're perceiving it the way Westerners have taught you, no?
