As I sit here eating my last meal (Cap'n Crunch :icon_mrgr ) I begin to feel nervous. Why? Because my court date it tomorrow at 8:05 A.M. :icon_frow I know what I did was against the law, and will be punished for that. I accept all responciblity, and told my family not to pay for any expenses (I will pay for everything)

Holy hell ... those are some serious charges. Good luck ... make a sad face, cry a lot and tell them you won't ever do it again.

I am happy for you, but you do know the probation is harsh. I had 2 years probation before. It was a *****. Drug Tests each week, Curfew, Weekend House Arrest, etc. Its was a *****! Still better than juvenile. I hated juvenile and I only was there for three days.

Well, this girl was dating this guy named Kevin. She dumped him and went out with one of my friends.

This ****, Kevin, and a group of his friends totaled my friends 1965 Convertible Red Mustang (In Mint Condition). So my friends, a few other people, and myself went over broke into his house and trashed it.

We also may have kicked his **** in the processes. When the cops were called, by his parents, they chased us down and I was caught with a 9 mm.

I was charged with:

Burglary
Assault & Battery
Intoxication
Intent To Use A Deadly Weapon
Possession of an Unregistered Gun
Possession of a Deadly Weapon
and some others

So when we were arrested I was taken to Juvenile. My Dad said he would come pick me up until Monday. It was Friday night. So I had to stay in jail over the weekend. That was the worst part.

Going to court, paying fines, community service, probation, house arrest, and others weren't as bad.

It wasn't my girl. I could care less about her, but the car man! He always let me use the car. I was planning on buying the car off him. He did so much work on it. He updated and upgraded everything.
