I don't think the world is ready for this. I think something like this will be all he rage in 10 years and people will look back and be like... wasn't this done already? I guess the world wasn't ready yet. You'll see.

Undrepowered PC? The system is awsome. If your gonna call something an undrepowered PC why not PS2, Xbox, or GameCube. This thing is awsome, but its gonna be a flop. The world is not ready for this.
 
The plain truth is, the Phantom does everything xbox was supposed to do a million times better. No one can deny it the title of perhaps one of the ambitious projects in gaming history, but way too ahead of its time.

Yea, its an awesome piece of hardware, but its not gonna sale. I think they should scratch the whole online thing, put in a dvd/CD drive. Then make it available in stores. Then it would sell. That kinda defeats the purpose of the whole concept, but it wouldn't be a flop, then.

Anyway, its not fake. It might be a scam, though. They show'd off the Phantom at some Computer Expo, but it was just the console. Plus, they never turned it on. So it could just be a cool looking box. heh. People could buy the Phantom for like 300 dollars and get a box, lol.

Anyway, its legit. Its a real system.

Well, Ill begin by introducing myself....My name is Jestin, and I am new to the gamingxs boards, but hi nonetheless.

Anyhow, I've been a part of the Infinium labs message boards for some time now, and I can affirm that the console is real, and has some amazing potential. Although I can't estimate sales, or success, I can tell you that the system is currently in production.

The comment above stating that the phantom at CES was not turned on is true, but it was infact turned on in the penthouse room that Infinium had at a Hotel. Members of the press, and other executives who had registered were given the opportunity to see the phantom in action. The model in question was a prototype, but it was a working model. Over in the forums, photos were shown of the room, the phantom, and people watching the phantom in action.

Like most he's pretty much multiplatform, but I for the moment I still like to keep with putting their primary platform in their position.
