Just saw a piece about this place on the news at noon. It's a bacon themed bakery/restaurant in NYC. Googled it and they have a website also. Some of the items they showed included brownies with bacon bits, a bacon pecan pie and chocolate covered bacon strips. :drool:
Several Christmases ago, DH made bacon chocolate truffles as a gag gift. They were fantastic and my tween age nieces and nephews keep begging him to make more for our family parties.
I am going to show him these pictures, hoping that it will stir his creative cooking/baking juices.
There's a chocolate store in Chicago...strange name, can't remember, something with a V, maybe...that has all kinds of bacon stuff: chocolate bacon, chocolate with bacon, bacon chocolate pancake mix, etc.
