This is looking more and more like a false report. The evidence is too thin, and it comes up nearly 10 years after the incident is said to have occurred.

I don't buy it, this is the media kicking a guy while he's down.

Assuming it's true. An ESPN reporter familiar with the sound systems used by the NFL said it's virtually impossible that this could happen. The security measures in place that encrypt the frequencies are on par with those used by the military.

Not to mention Loomis isn't an X's and O's GM. Even if he could listen in, he would have NO idea what the coordinators were saying. So there is little upside to doing this.

The years this was going on, the Saints were piss poor, if they were listening in and knew the plays that were coming, they would've done better than 26-24 or whatever there record was those 4 years.

I don't buy it.
