When my DH takes vacation days off of work and stays in bed like he doesn't have kids.......um......ok......apparently those are vacation days from his LIFE!!! :ranting:

How about a DH that can't empty the dishwasher and put the stuff away where it belongs and NOT ON THE COUNTER! How is it that he can take the cups, plates, bowls, forks, etc.. out of the cabinets and drawers to eat/use, but he has "no idea" where the stuff goes after it is clean.

How about the reverse? I take a vacation day and it's like my DH checks out. Leaves everything to me. Don't even get me started on when I take a sick day because I am actually sick. Also, for the record, on the weekends sometimes I take the kids out and leave him at home so that he can decompress. Last Sunday I took the kids and left around 9 am, he didn't get up until 2 pm. So it's not like poor stay at home dad never gets a day off. I make sure he gets days off, I however get the shaft most of the time.

Frankly I don't do much during the day so I'm not complaining about wanting "time off" cause I get that daily lol.......but ****......he could get outta bed, say good morning to his kids before they leave for school geesh. He was at the Bears game yesterday so he had plenty of fun and has been on vacation since the week before last. :rolleyes:
Oh and last night he calls me at 8pm on his way home from Chicago and says "What's for dinner?" WTF?! Dinner? You've been in Chicago all GD day! How the **** would I know that you didn't eat? He helped himself to turkey leftovers when he got home. :bowing:
People that call you just to whine and complain about how their life is SOOO unfair... we all have our issues and once in a while I have to vent too, YES! ... but this chick is going on 15 years of ISSUES!! It's always her, her, her.... if you try to tell her an issue YOU have going on you'll hear "Ohh you think that's bad.... " always gotta one up ya!
People who justify to the point of feeling comfy to BRAG about making false police reports and false calls to DCFS just to **** someone up who they dont care for ONLINE. :hurt:

Dropped DS off at b-ball practice. Got some ice cold beers out of the garage and put in the fridge.....was about to crack one open. Decided to call DH first to make sure he was going to get back from work in time to pick DS up from practice (this is how we do it). Sure as ****, he forgot what day it was and is still working in his office down in Wheeling. :nopompom: So my ICE cold beer will have to wait. :ranting: :lol:
Oh and dinner will be late too (steaks in the broiler) cause I won't be able to do them until after we get back. :gah:

I mailed a book yesterday. Today it's returned with all these warning security stickers stating it weighs over 13 oz. & has to mailed from inside. I weighed it & it's under that weight so now we've got to go back & get in line at the po. I have no problem with the rules but my book is the legal weight for a package to be dropped in the box.
I also don't understand if they think it might be a bomb -why make my mailman carry it back to me?
