thankfully it's not a job, just a garage....but it's already dropped 30 degrees since yesterday and there's a chance of rain next week
Good luck--we just did ours 2 weeks ago in the cold. We did the entire house with full tear off. Now I have to arrange for the inspections etc. Such fun--but I am glad that dh knows how to do it so we were able to save some $$$
It does hurt though--my oldest son was saying he ached--never heard one complaint from dh--thought that was funny!!

but that doesn't allign with the cheapster way of lifeUm.........there are peeps you can hire to do those sorts of things ya know.
yes roofing does hurt i have done it to our house with some friends...the mess that you pick up is worse though all those nails. found out thought that a old speaker attached to a pole works great to have the old nails in the grass to stick to..

We were quoted 6,700 to do our roof
DH bought the supplies for 2,000 plus the dumpster fee of 400---so a lot cheaper for us to do it ourselves!!!
