So last night I go into Menards to do the Vaseline lotion deal (for info on deal, go to thread in Menards forum). I grab my bottles and proceed to checkout. The nice young male cashier rings everything and then scans the Qs. The don't go thru automatically and it takes him awhile to figure it out, but eventually all were taken off.
So then he proceeds to say, you don't need these anymore and THROWS the Qs in the garbage.:faint:
I said, wait a minute, you need those for your drawer. You need to turn those in so you can get reimbursed. That is like cash. Your company needs to send these in and they will get reimbursed. That is $9 right there.
He is like "oh". I said, go ahead and finish the order and I will get the Qs for you. I rifle thru the trash to get the Qs for him and pull out another Q for energizer batteries and my vaseline.
He says "no one ever told me I am supposed to keep those." :faint:
I am like yeah, that is money. here let me see if there are any others in there. he says "that is OK, don't worry about it."
Wow, just wow. $10 just thrown in the garbage..who knows how many more he or others have thrown out in the past??? Yikes!!
