Has anyone ever had a mailed MCR prize go missing? What did you do?

I ordered the $5 McDonalds cards to my accounts and my parents account. They got theirs already, but none of the 3 I ordered for people in my home arrived.

Any advice? Have you gotten your McD card yet?

I got mine probably 2 days ago. A long time ago I had a free (single, not the 12 pk) beverage Q go missing and I contacted them and they sent me another one. Did you check on your account redemption history? Does it say processing or fulfilled?
 
This is so slow. But, while it slowly processed my 4 orders, I received 6 email confirmations. So do you think I'll get 6? or just my 4? The points in my account say I redeemed 4. Make that 9 emails.
 
after you get the first one, where is the offer at to get the other 3 you can get???

they always hide their offers under tabs and i cant find it
