Milk better than sports drinks

There's so much fat and hormones on milk that it's not really advisable to take it more than twice a day. While it can be beneficial, if abused, as everything else, it will mess you up.

Water is and will always be the best thing you can drink after working out. You need to keep yourself hydrated, and water has no calories at all.

It's actually Chocolate Milk specifically that is a great Post-Workout drink. Chocolate Milk tastes great, so it's pretty nice motivation to get in a good workout and reward yourself with that.

Ahhh, I was just coming into this thread to mention that! Chocolate milk after a workout is perfect, and it's definitely a nice reward. Great post, neo.

Well I've always included in in my post-workout shake since I live a bit far from the gym. Good to know it's beneficial for other things not only because of it's casein ;d

Ah yeah! Completely forgot about the casein! Good thinking! Have you ever tried having casein protein mix? Uggghhhh, it's horrible. Chocolate milk is a much much better alternative.

I never take a sports drink. Of course water is essential for re-hydration but a protein/carb meal would be better for recovery and insulin.

That's the way to do it. I'm too lazy to do it every day, or even worse, every time I get hungry. I'd rather power bomb myself into a curb.

This one time I was way back on my calories while bulking and didn't feel like cooking.. 8mc doubles..come at me clogged arteries.

Lmao 8 Mc Doubles? I can't even imagine.

That's basically like injecting pure cellulite into your Adonis belt. I wouldn't be able to live with myself at that point.

Have you done any research into Lean Gains? They basically out line that it takes over 48 hours before your body to become catabolic so I don't think one day of fasting would have hurt you brah.
