I just watched the game in OT and the Knicks completed a comeback rally to beat the Bulls. It was Derrick's comeback game after an injury. Melo scored a game high 43 points while Rose scored 29.

The game could be 1st round playoff matchup preview and it's good to see that the Knicks can actually defeat the Bulls without Amare and Lin.

It's really good to see Melo stepping up and leading the Knicks to a victory. It was a victory over the Chicago Bulls, a very capable candidate for the Finals. The Knicks will probably keep their 8th seed spot, but I wonder how they'll do in the playoffs.

Some people at another forum I post at are calling him D. Froze after that game. Questioning the kids clutch gene, when he's coming off of an injury.

Plus, Melo is really a rare breed of player. He's one of the few who actually play better in crunch time. He's a beast when you need to get the W at all costs. I hope it's a preview of what we can expect from their first round meeting. It was an amazingly entertaining game.

That's a funny name to give Rose Lol. It probably will be a preview of the first round games. It would be a huge upset if Knicks were to knock out the Bulls early.

I hope the Knicks holds the 8th spot and play the Bulls again. This game was a confidence booster for the Knicks in the playoffs especially when they just lost 2 core players. I want to see them battle again.

I like Melo. He's consistent for the most part but I strongly feel he's always capable of playing to this level. He gets lazy at times and you don't see him follow up shots or hustle that often until recently. He knows the focus is on him. Every game for the Knicks has to be played like its the Championship game.

Rose is clutch. You can't deny him that. He goes hard every time he steps onto the court so that should never be a topic of conversation. The person making the comments must be someone who didn't watch the game apparently. Those type of people irritate me. They figure they'll watch the highlights and nothing more. They should shut their mouths.

The Knicks are a sub par team. They are making noise now but come play off time I don't see any way they can match up with the Heat/Bulls/Celtics. The way I see it is they will finsh 8th in the east and lose in 6 games to the Bulls.

I hope this awakens Melo and the rest of the Knicks that it's not too late to make a late playoff run and that they can still complete at a high level especially that Milwaukee is trailing one game behind.

I'm really hoping Knicks would make the playoffs exciting by making an upset in knocking the Bulls out on the first round. I feel that it's possible, but then again, it was Rose's first return after 12 games of no playing.
