I would probably pick the Lion if I was forced to pick one but I like both. I'm a fan of big cats. I wouldn't have one as a pet because they aren't meant to be a pet. But it's nice to observe them from afar.
Tracing an identikit of the two animals we discover that the lion is more likely to win. However, under natural conditions, the two do not have many opportunities to challenge each other, as they predominantly live on different continents. Lions are widespread in sub-Saharan Africa and in a small area of India; tigers live in Asia. So let's find out the differences between the two "lords" of the animal kingdom. The lion is anatomically advantaged, also thanks to the front legs particularly muscular and strong: a deadly weapon with which it launches powerful shots. The paws of the tiger itself do not represent a weapon. The attack takes place in a similar way: with a jump they launch on the victim and the nibble on the neck. But the thick mane of the lion, of blond or black color, besides making it appear bigger (bringing fear), protects it from bites. The lion is calm and focused. The nervous and instinctive tiger, for this reason, has an ability to evaluate the opponent lower than the lion, which is more likely to prevail tactically. So, I think lion would win.
I prefer Tigers, because I like the stripes color combination of its fur, the orange, black and a little bit of white shade, it looks adorable than the fur of Lions.
