Alright, on the main board category listings, I noticed that under Entertainment, it says movies. Well, in the spirit of Entertainment, let's talk about new and upcoming movies or movies you just recently have seen, whether good or bad, discuss them here.

For starters, I cannot wait until Sucker Punch comes out tomorrow. The previews look awesome and I like Fantasy and SciFi movies and this has both. Killing Nazis to a fantasy world, to a 30 foot killer robot Samurai with a huge gatling gun. What's better than that? haha. :cool2::karate:

As for movies I have recently seen, I liked the Adjustment Bureau. Not quite as much as I expected but still good. I also really, really liked "Limitless" with DeNiro, and Bradley Cooper (Dbag from Wedding Crashers, How to Lose a Guy in 30 Days, and He's Just Not That Into You.) Loved the ending couple of scenes. So what do you all think?

I'm a fan of Mark Wahlberg and enjoyed The Fighter. Christian Bale deserved his Oscar win - I couldn't believe he's been Batman when watching this.

A super thin Christian Bale is disgusting!

I finally saw Daybreakers and wasn't too impressed. I thought the dialogue was cheesy and the plot was lacking.

I did hear through some grape vine that someone has bought the rights for a Mass Effect movie??? Now that is something I'll have to see the moment it hits the theater!!!!!!!! I'm dying to play the final game, but they haven't named an exact date yet.... just Q4 of 2011.

Only about 4 more weeks until Thor comes out.

and only about 8 more weeks until Captain America comes out.

and only about 1 year and 1 month until the Avengers comes out.

Limitless and Source Code were awesome i.m.o. I will see Thor, Green Lantern, Fast Five, Hangover 2, X-Men (new one), and Cowboys and Aliens when I can. I'm not sure I will see at the theater. Probably X-Men only. The others I'll probably just wait until I can rent or stream in HD.

I took my nephew to see the Green Lantern and X Men First Class last night. The Green Lantern I thought sucked mainly because with a ring that can create anything and that has potentially unlimited power, and the guy had to create a flamethrower to shoot fire instead of just creating fire directly from the ring. I've not read the comic, but I thought it was just so unimaginative that it was painful to think of all the stuff that could have been, but it just didn't happen. X Men I thought was pretty good though.
I really can't wait for The Hobbit though, even though I'm very uneasy about it potentially being derailed from the book, especially with it being a two part movie even though the book really isn't that long, and Legolas and Galadriel being in it. At least Ian McKellen will be playing Gandalf.

My 11 y/o son and I went to Super 8 a couple of weeks ago. What a wonderful movie to see with a preteen. No sex, nudity or innuendo. I enjoyed the movie and so did he with the younger cast of characters. I'm looking forward to seeing the new Planet of the Apes movie. Cowboys and Aliens too.

I'll have to admit that I've turned into my father who used to complain that movies were too loud. I feel the same way but after it's dark in the theater I put some kleenex in my ears to keep the sound level down a little bit. Uh oh, what next, WD-40 on everything that sqeeks!? Love ya Dad.....

super 8 are great , storyline are great too . but the actor seem very new to a movie :D . i like the movie cause they let the big guy and small guy together in movie .

i just saw 'bio-dome' it was pretty funny, much different than i thought it'd be
on a more current note, i heard capt. america wasn't that great, at least not the ending...
