Last tech thing you were excited about

Granted, the subject title gave away most of what I was going to say here but anyway. What was the last techy thing you bought that you got genuinely excited for?

Urm, I spilled water on my old MacBook, so when I bought a new one I was so excited. It was better, faster, thinner and more sleek! The day before I bought it I watched every video that existed about the new MacBook, everything from Apple's keynote where they announced it to drop tests to unboxings.

I was happy about getting the Wii U. That is tech, right?
