July 4th plans?

To those who celebrate, what do you have planned for the 4th? Relaxing day off, picnics, etc.?
I'll be going to my uncle's 50th birthday picnic on the evening of the 4th. Not sure what I'm doing for the rest of the day- maybe a few drinks and relaxing, then off to the picnic in the evening.

It's when we gained our independence from England- we were under their rule a very long time ago. We became independent sometime in the mid-1700's.

What a bunch of bull****! All brits know about 4th of July. It's the day all the cool people left, and they are all bitter even to this day. Why the hell do you think they spilled all that oil? They're trying to get us back for dumping all their tea in the ocean.

Looks like some of the family members are getting sick, we may end of sticking around Topeka all day.
We (TBT) have a booth at the city firework show, may go down there.

The Mister, unfortunately, has gotten sick...which kills our weekend plans.

Maybe I'll just take the spawn geocaching instead.
