I think this picture says it all. hahaha

But in all seriousness he is a good player, obviously he still has a long way to go till he is considered a great. He does lack some things, such as ball handling and overall experience. The Knicks game against the Heat last week exposed this fact easily. It was Lin's worst game and the Heat defense tore him apart. I think it was a good learning experience for him though.

Honestly, as of right now, I'm liking this kid. But he's only humble right now. If he keeps playing the way he does and the media keeps following up on him the way he does, THEN the test of his character will come into play.

Will he be the same humble person? Only time will tell.

He has a good future ahead of him, he just needs to keep it up and gather all the experience he needs and hopefully the people on top doesn't mess it up for him.

Which they usually end up doing 90% of the time. Just look at the laker's front office and you can see what I mean.

I'm wondering what kind of deal he is going to get. He is hampered by the Gilbert Arenas rule and can't get more than the MLE and the Knicks can match all offers. I do wonder if Lin will just take a 1 year deal instead so he can really get a big deal the following year. That's potentially a huge difference as far as money goes, so it will come down to whether he wants security or not.

Yeah I know, to be honest I'm just waiting for that to happen, only the player himself can break away from bad management anyway or can he

Even though Lin is doing great and a rising star, he might not have enough pull to simply do 100% whatever he wants just yet.

You can only hope the Knicks management is smart

^Agreed, as long as he progresses, in time he will eventually have the chance and ability to be able to do whatever he wants just like any other actual super star player.
