Made a quick run to Kohl's where I met up with Clars ( hope u enjoy the banana cakes), hung out with DS and DH, Now chillin with a gin and squirt...

Andrew has settled on something I believe is doable, so it's time to find my sewing machine. It shouldn't be too hard to make.

Sorry to be a downer but I'm trying to keep my mind off Amy and Haley.I don't wanna cry anymore today so I'm watching dvr stuff and having Sam Adams.
DJ already called it a night at least an hour ago :pout: I was hoping to start wrapping gifts with him bc that always makes me happy.

just got home from work and I am exhausted...went to the dr. earlier in the day and dude blew me off but did give me another antibiotic and a refill on my cough pearls....still I was hacking like mad tonight at work...blah...so want to get completely well so I can be there for my mom next wk. when she has her procedure...and sick of DH's moping but oh well I can only do so much!
 
Decorated the Christmas tree and then started cleaning carpets with the rented Rug Doctor. Master bedroom is done along with the large area rug from the family room. Plan on getting the hallway and other 4 bedrooms done tomorrow.
 
DH & I are going out for a work function of his. Dinner at Morton's and then the Comedy Club. Not really my "thing" but I will do it with a smile on my face and count down the minutes until it's over.
 
Hoping to finally get the tree decorated. I've been putting up various decorations around the house today. DS13 has a b-ball game tonight down in Waukegan so DH will be taking him and they won't get home 'till around 10........not my thang. :hides:

DH is out getting a leaky tire fixed on my car. I hope it's fixable and we don't need to replace any tires. I love that man for taking care of this because I'm so tired I'm not sure I can stay awake until he gets home.
 
I'm weaning on the nursing.... may have a little ****tail tonight!!!!

Just got back from a dinner date with Reporter at McDs with the kiddos :)
 
Made veal parmigana for DS, myself & his kids...the 3 & 4 year olds loved it...so much for me having leftovers of my $9.99 a pound veal...DH went to a fish fry...watching the kids for a while so DS can get some Christmas stuff done @ his place
