No I wouldn’t say that the domain is worth that much. Unless you have a business in which the domain was perfect for, I don’t see the point in investing that much. It’s because science is a popular keyword and so it’s priced higher and solutions is one of those newer gTLDs hosts are trying to push to sell.

The maximum I have spent on a domain is $32. It was a dot online domain. I can not imagine spending 90 BGP per year just on domain purchase and renewal. Domain extension does not have any value in terms of SEO.
