Who do you think makes the better chips? Do you think that Intel makes the best or do you think Apple have Intel beat with their M1 and recently announced M2 chips instead? I feel as though Apple have done a really great job at getting their foot in the door with these chips.
Which chips do you prefer? Do you think Intel are better or do you think that Apple silicon is the best in the indsutry right now? I'd like to know your thoughts.
I used to think that Intel made great chips but over the years I feel like the quality isn't there anymore, I don't know. I think Apple have done really well with their own silicon and I'm excited to see where they go with the M2 chip and beyond. I'll be reading the reviews once they're in for the new M2 chip because the M1 was very well received by people.
Apple silicon chips have great reviews by people that have used machines with them but I've never used a M1 (or M2) Mac so I would have to say Intel are better because I have used intel based chips and they are pretty good. Not the best but I've had rigs use them and they're output is good.
