I'd agree with mb90078 -- I have dealt with both, and I will go with AMD the whole way. the intel chip if it heats up, will slow down to compensate for it...overall causing a sluggish performance...however AMD will keep on chuggin. Granted this will result over time in your processor to burn up -- but as long as you keep it cool you won't have the problem. It is easier to oc, and also is better on your wallet.
Intel is better. Intel chips stay cool properly. Also, in mobile units Intel chips stay cooler and they have power saving features. Plus Intel processors work better with Windows.
