I've been seeing this on a lot of blogs lately, especially MUM, so I thought I'd get the app & see what it's about.

Pretty much you install the app, click offers, purchase, take a picture of your receipt & they credit you via paypal or a donation to the school of your choice.

It looks like you have to have an iphone or an android, but I'm really not sure.

Anyone doing this?
 
Just cashed out $10.50 & have another receipt pending with $6.50 on it. Also got $5 bonus & $1 for a friend signing up thru my link on Facebook.
 
It says is credits your PP account, but I haven't gotten that far yet. I just scanned my DiGiorno receipt & bar code & it says they wi review & approve within 24 hours. I'm not sure if there is a minimum payout amount or not.
 
one more thing, it seems to me we all have different offers. I wonder how they choose the ones fit for us? I want offers others have and vice versa but it can't be swapped :laugh:
 
do you have to take the pics while you're in the store or could you do it when you get home? How will they know that you're not doing it on your smartphone...I guess I am confused. For that matter could you borrow someone's smartphone and then just have them do it for you? For example, my brother has a smartphone, I'm sure he'd be willing to help me out as long as I did all the work...this is why I'm wondering if you actually "NEED" the phone in the store or if you can just do it say w/in a wk. or so? If anyone knows I'd appreciate it...I love the idea of this and it pisses me off that you HAVE to have a smartphone to use it...no love for those of us w/out the sophisticated phones.
 
I read about this too. It says on their website that if you sign up under someones link, they get $1 per "friend" and you get $5 when you redeem your first offer.

3. Take a photo of your receipt. We'll verify your purchases and credit your account right away.

4. Get your cash. Yes, real money, loaded onto your PayPal account or donated to any school in America.

Kewpon, I think you can do it whenever. My DH bought the digiorno yesterday & I just did it this morning using my phone/account. You also need to take a picture of the bar code on the product. It might be a pita to borrow a phone.

First few that I submitted (Mio & Poptarts) didn't require you to scan the barcode for validation but the last ones have required it. Went to do my Capri-Sun one and I had already recycled the box, grrrr.

for those that have joined via a referral link, how/when did you see the $5 credited to your new account? i know it says after you redeem first offer, but wondering exactly how you saw the $5 appear. thx
