[align=center]Step One
Open up Photoshop. I use Photoshop CS5 But it doesn't matter what version of photoshop you have. Once it has loaded up your going to want to make a new document, so go ahead on click 'Ctrl+R'. Now a window should pop up. Create a document that is fairly big, I have used 300x200 pixels. But its up to you what you want to use.

Step Two
Press 'Ctrl+R'. Then drag down the measurements from the top and left onto your document, you will see Aqua coloured blue lines, use these as guides. Here is what mine looks like.

Step Three
Select the Rounded Rectangle Tool (Press U on your keyboard) Then line your cursor up with the ruler guides and drag it down to the opposite corner.

Now you can delete the "Background" Layer, and/or transfer it to another document in Photoshop.

Here is one of my badges that I have created.
