Social media has made life easier for people around the globe. Now, you can be able to interact with friends without spending money on calls. Just get on your app and talk with them.

I am always a regular visitor to my social media accounts, I like to check some updates there for a few minutes during the day before I proceed to do my other tasks. Atleast 30 minutes daily is the time I usually spend on social media.

I try and use social media as infrequently as possible as I find it’s not very good for self confidence if you use it too much because it can play on your mind what others think of you.

I use Facebook and Twitter to keep up with the topics that I enjoy and talk to others about them, but info to forums for proper conversations about things. Social media is more causal.

Being online on most social media sites 24/7 is not something that is easy to come by. I mean taking a look at a lot of things such as time.to do other things. I can't cope with staying that long on the internet unless I am interacting on forums.

What are the social media platforms that you use on a daily basis? I am very heavy on Twitter because that is where I get information that I want.

I tend to use social media daily if I am honest both to catch up with things and to also promote my business as well as my websites. I have found though that compared to how much time I used to spend on social media, it is a lot less now with me only going on social media maybe once or twice a day just to check things or update things.

I have social media accounts on TikTok, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. I login to those accounts everyday. The goal is just to spend some ten to twenty minutes to check what is trending on each of the social media platforms. I don't stay more than 30 minutes there and I don't miss logging in daily too.
