How often do you go to the doctor?

yea, not looking forward to it. Every time I go to the dentist, the guy makes my gums bleed and I have pretty **** good dental hygiene at that. He probes metal prongs into my gums with way too much force. I hate the guy. I pay him to fix my teeth not mess up my mouth.

Have you looked into a new dentist?

I go to the doctor about once every 3-4 months. It's usually just for a routinely checkup to make sure I'm healthy and with no suspicious signs of diseases or disorders.

How many of you actually consider a Dentist, a doctor?

I've been to the dentist a few times while I was in the Air Force.

Brb free dental care. I have strong teeth. Only had to get my wisdom teeth out, and two fillings done to minor cavities after eleven years of not seeing the Dentist prior.

Only go about 4 times a year.

Every 3 months or so.

Its not necessary for some. But dentist on the other hand, I go every 6 months because its so easy to fall into a dentists hands.

Everytime I go, they tell me some new things that I have to "fix."

I have a pretty good resistance against illnesses. Sometimes when i get ill though, i try not to go to the doctor. I usually just rest a few days and get better then.

I think his title, being Doctor, makes us consider him a doctor.

I don't go very often, unless I need a physical for sports. However, with injuries, I like to treat myself. I haven't been very injury prone throughout my life (worst injuries were high ankle sprain and pulled hip flexor), but for both of those, I didn't feel a need to go to the doctors.

Never. I don't know how I do it, but I never really had any serious illnesses, that required me to go to the doctor.

Guess I'm just lucky.

I very rarely visit the doctor, mainly because I don't need one. I do not have any healthy problems because I live a healthy lifestyle, I haven't even had a cold for years.

I take a week off training every 8 weeks to recover from any minor strains and recuperate from all the stress on my body.

I haven't gone to the doctor for about 3 years now. I workout and eat healthy on a consistent basis in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle and avoid visiting the doctor.

I never ever go to the doctor unless I'm bleeding uncontrollably haha. I know it's bad, but I put it off all the time and just assume my pains will disappear (which they have so far thankfully.)

I haven't been in the last 5 years, I try my best to stay healthy working out and keeping a relatively healthly diet. The working out also helps since once I started I haven't been ill for quite a long time. I definately think that most people can considerably lower the amount they need to visit their doctor or take pills by doing simple workouts a few times a week, it really does wonders for your body.

I only go to the doctor when I am very sick. I hate going, even though I probably should go more. The only exception is for the eye doctor, I have to go in order to get more contact lenses when I run out.

I'm always there from some sort of injury that I pick up, I try to be a man but some things just need correcting.

I actually cannot remember the last time I have stepped foot into a doctors office. I used to be very obese and would constantly be at the doctor with various problems, but I have changed my life around and am now reaping the benefits of being a healthy person.

In my family, medical check up happens only when there are urgent matters to be checked; like a possible appendicitis, breathing problems, or chronic pains. Otherwise, we've been ok for the past 15 years. No doctors so far! Thanks to grandma's home remedies! ^_^
