Normally, it's supposed to three square meal in a day for an average human being who's healthy. The breakfast, lunch and dinner should be all observed but in some situations, people do skip some of their meal sessions.
For me, I hardly do 3 meals a day but max 2 meal which is morning and night.

At times I forget the afternoon food especially when I'm very busy with things that will yield positive goals. I eat twice at times and thrice too. But it is necessary to eat three square meal no doubt that offers balance diet, and not filling the stomach with junks alone.

Seriously, I rather miss my morning meal than miss my dinner. Whenever I fail to eat dinner and go to bed, I will be having restless night and I wouldn't sleep well at all.

This may sound strange, but I skip breakfast most of the time. Each morning after returning from the gym, I prefer drinking water and resting. Then, from 12pm, I can start thinking of looking for what to eat. So, it is afternoon and night meals for me.

Sure, it happens to me too. I skip morning meal times, but the evening meal wouldn't be missed. Because going to bed with empty stomach will always make one nervous, with stomach ache.

You're definitely working with a routine that's going to make sure that you get the best out of your gym workouts because when you eat too much after gym, it's going to be a waste of efforts.

Oh yes! I do program my meals that way in order to ensure that I stay fit and avoid adding more weight. I have mastered this eating pattern that I worry less about it.

Depending on my appetite during the day, sometimes I can eat three meals a day and other times I may only be able to manage one or two meals in a day. If I am able to, I like to aim for three meals a day.

I skip breakfast as well. I rarely ever eat breakfast.
I usually just eat lunch and dinner.

I eat 3 meals a day, two small meals for breakfast and lunch and a normal size meal for dinner with no snacks.

Not easy heavy in the morning is always the proper thing to do. I agree that it is essential to have it on place most of the time when one can control how much meal they eat in the morning.

I eat two meals a day, in the morning and evening, that's for sure. As far as eating between lunch and dinner is considered, I sometimes eat and sometimes I don't. It depends on my appetite and whether I am in a mood to cook or not. By the way, I don't eat breakfast.

I normally eat two times or once a day. I don't really like eating three times a day, even if I wanted to, I am usually pretty busy most mornings so i always end up skipping breakfast.

I make sure that I must have three square meals in a day. I do a physically demanding job that involves me having to match a sewing machine almost all day and I have to eat at least three times to function well.
