How do you regulate your gaming time? Do you work with a schedule on how you play or do you have a timer on how to play? Some gamers just play as the spirit leads but I think that it's not right. It's what gets more gamers become addicts because they don't regulate their gaming.
I tend to ensure that I have completed everything I need to on the day before I sit and play any games. This results in me playing for a few hours on a night before I head to bed and that helps me stick to a gaming schedule that suits me and helps me keep my life balanced.
I make sure all my chores are done before I start playing a video game. I don't want my gaming to get in the way of getting things done. These days I only play games for maybe a hour or two at most, whereas when I was a kid I would play for hours.
