how can i get rid of this message???

Please delete, move or rename the install directory before you use your board. If this directory is still present, only the Administration Control Panel (ACP) will be accessible.

Well, did you install anything? A mod, the board itself? If so, and there was a directory named "install", you will need to get rid of it by either deleting it or renaming it via your filemanager.
