Have you used steroids?

I have thought about it and would consider using them in the future. If used properly for bodybuilding, the negative effects are low, the danger is being addicted to using them and increasing your chances of getting the negative effects.

Almost all those bodies you see in health magizines have used steroids, it is very hard to get a low fat muscular body without strict training and diet for several years, or one year of proper steroid use and training.

It does take years to build a muscular physique and many people do not have the determination to do that, they want a shortcut, the easy option.

I do not think I ever will do that, plus in the end i dont play any sports competitively, just for fun and that is about it, just to keep myself healthy and fit, and as side effects of steroids concern me, I would never use them

The easy option can be a health hazard - if you have determination, do not cheat your body - you will feel better. SO what if it takes years!

That is my attitude. I want it to take years of arduous dedication because I enjoy the challenge. If I started using steroids, I would be cheating myself, and the mental reward would be diminished.

I've seen so much controversy over steroids lately. Most people say they're extremely dangerous and that they'd never try them out because of what side effects they may have. Others (mostly body builders) say they're safe to use if they're not abused.

I accept both points of view but I really wouldn't dare to try them. I've always prefer natural things.

I've never used any steroids, nor would I suggest to use them. I regularly see people in my local gym who do use them and they look cool enough, but they complain about a lot of things (like headaches, insomnia, some evan erectile dysfunction). If you want to gain muscles faster, simply go for protein.

Yeah. Protein is way better than using artificial crap to help you.

I have never used them. Though I understand the feeling that most top-players experience when they want to improve, but simply can´t because it would take an exaggerate amount of time. Although I wouldn´t consider taking them, it´s perhaps a moral decision and yes it´s a bit biased because of all the negative stories that the media has portrayed in the last years. Also, most guys that have used them before, after some years regret doing so.

I did a cycle of Deca Durabolin. It was ok, I definitely did gain some size like I never could before. But halfway through the cycle, I had relationship issues. The amount of emotion I felt was terrible. So I basically got depressed and lazy and completely ruined the cycle.

I have never used steroids but I have considered it. The problem I see with it is that many guys thing you take them and bam, you're ripped. It does not work like that. Steroids help you get bigger quicker, but you still need to train hard.

I have never used steroids and don't plan on it. Steroids is completely cheating and I wouldn't want to hurt my reputation. Also, it could hurt my health and the effects of steroids are not good or pleasant. I will never take them.

There is a point you reach when you must use steroids to continue gaining muscle mass and getting bigger. I'm far away from this point so I'm not going to use them, for now. I see a lot of noobs in my gym that use roids and still they are not as good as they can be. That means that hey don't know anything about them.

My balls are big enough that I could afford to have them shrink a little so I would do it; LOL. I never have but I wouldn't be adverse to trying them if I needed to. I don't see it as a permanent fix but maybe just enough of a kick to get in the right direction.

The only time I have been given steroids was by a doctor, I was pregnant and I was in preterm labor. I would never want to use them for anything else.

I have never, ever used steroids in my life, nor am I ever planning on doing so. The aftereffects are extremely harmful, and it's extremely fake. You're never actually strong on the inside, it's just the drug that does it for you. Thank God that steroids is considered a drug.

I have never used steroids and i don't respect any sportsperson that use them. To me it's like taking a shortcut instead of working hard to achieve your goals. If anyone wants to see how steroids can destroy your career, just look the the example of Ben Johnson.
