Where don't they ship?

I'm from Argentina, and I've only found a couple items that ship here. Most of them don't.
Jeez, what a waste of space, don't they have tall shelf storage? I've seen a report recently that showed that the German Amazon does! 
(but we do have less space here! )

p.s.: In Germany, Amazon worked hard to become the fastest online delivery service: When you order something that is in Amazon storage, it usually arrives the next day, even when you choose normal delivery speed.
