Consume food that contains Protein regularly, if it is from sea food like fish is far better. Who consumes more protein available from the fish may be safe from Paralysis. Recently scientists conducted a survey on 2.5 laks people and find out regularly the male require 56 grms protein and female require 46 grms protein, if they consume 20 grms more protein daily 26% Paralysis stroke is decreasing in them. The safety is more from seafood protein than the protein available from meat and grains . The proteins and fatty acids from fish reduce the blood pressure this might be protect from Paralysis
