Well, I've been living out of loop for a while as I didn't have a smartphone but the other day I went ahead and got me a new smartphone. It cost me $125 but its well worth it. I'm still with my provider, Cricket.

I got me a Huawei Ascend II

So how many people here have a smartphone? What do you have?

I've had one for about 5 years, started with a t-mobile sidekick then moved to the iphone's.
I currently have the iphone 4, I don't know if I'll stick with it once my contract is up.

Got my 1st smartphone almost 2 years ago, currently got HTC Desire. Contract is up in June so will be looking for something new.

Got my first smart phone just before Christmas. On one hand I wouldn't look back so many nice features, etc. On the other hand though it never STFU between texts and email alerts it's no wonder I haven't thrown it out the window yet.

Lol, I had a joy trying to figure out to how edit the alerts and such. My phone was on silent for a few hours and I couldn't figure out why. XDDD

Congrats on getting a smartphone.
I've already said what phone I use for personal uses in another thread which I started ( I think ) , :P ;)

Although, once the Samsung Galaxy S3 ( surely will not disappoint ) is available to purchase, I'm going to purchase it,
I might even get myself an iPhone 5 just to test it out and review once released, :D ( although I'm not going to keep and use it as my personal phone unless after comparing both, I find that it's better for me )

Smartphones are great little tools :)

The main plus for me is getting emails straight to my pocket. If the email is important and requires action I can either reply to it from my phone or log on a computer and get stuff done :)

I just hate how the batteries die so quickly, but another than that I love my phone. I haven't set up my google account on it yet though so I can't access the apps market and such. I'm just too lazy

I've had a smartphone for about 6+ years now. My first smartphone was an HTC Tilt, it ran windows mobile 6.0 but it was pretty crappy. I moved onto an iPhone after that and been with iPhone ever since. I'm currently rocking the latest version of iPhone, the 4S. :) I'll probably be upgrading to the 5S or so when it's released in a few years as I just got the 4S back in November. :)

Nope, I haven't. I haven't even connected my Google account to the phone yet. I don't have a debit card =p
oh, there is a free version of tapatalk (read only)
but it's really a great app, you can moderate your forums with it.

Ps.. I would even send you the 3$ for the app, so my mods can moderate the forums from their cells ;)

It's very handy :)

PS. I can't view profiles on tapatalk on this forum on my iPhone. Throws up an error, dunno if you've experienced it at all. Only happens here.

Yeah I am addicted to my Iphone4.... There I said it and I admit it. I actually don't know what I would do without it. I use it for everything. Its my entertainment, it cheers me up when I am sad, and even calms me down when I am mad. I can pretty much find an app for everything.

ya I need to fix that
it's the mood mod
My phone ending up ****ing up, in the sense of space. So, I went out yesterday and got me the iPhone 4 with my girl's plan. It's a whole lot better than the phone I had, I just need to install some apps now and I'm good to go.
