DreamCast import games

Does anyone know if dreamcast has a converter to play imports? if you do your reply will be so greatly appreaciated...

There are three ways to play imports:

1) Own an imported Dreamcast.

2) Use a mod chip.

3) Gameshark CDX. This is the best way to play imports and also the cheapest. Only $49.99.
