I started working out again yesterday, and boy am I sore. I'm going to hit the gym again today because I want to get my swell on, and turn a lot of the fat that I have into muscle - so do you work out?
I just started lifting, not doing any cardio since I walk around.I would work out everyday until 3 months ago. I really need to start again as I have gained a few pounds.

I'm going to start playing vollyball once a week, I'm playing in a tournament today with at least 6 games if we lose them all.. which it looks like we will..lol
I smoke as well. I know my lungs aren't as tough as they used to be when I didn't smoke. I remember I could work out then for at least an hour or two non-stop without having to take a break. If I could get any machine[if money wasn't an issue], I'd buy the treadclimber by Boxflex. It's a lot better than any treadmill or Elipitical on the market - and with that machine you usually do double the amount of calories that regular machines be doing.I used to have a gym membership but since I moved more out in the boonies, going to the gym is completely out of the way. I bought that P90X and INSANITY and do that a few times a week at home.Those two videos give me all the workout I need, lol. All I am really interested in is cardio so that my heart and lungs get plenty of activity. Being a smoker doesn't help though :s
