Do you work out/exercise?

I started working out again yesterday, and boy am I sore. I'm going to hit the gym again today because I want to get my swell on, and turn a lot of the fat that I have into muscle - so do you work out?
 
I would work out everyday until 3 months ago. I really need to start again as I have gained a few pounds.
 
Back to working out again - is anyone here working out as well? What does your work out consist of? I've been doing Cardio on the Elipitical. I've been doing 3o to 45 minutes each day. I'm also cutting back on my calories intake.
 
I try to walk 2-3 miles per day but have been slacking off for the longest time. Mostly because I have better/more important stuff to do or it's just too freaking cold out. I do have to get back in the swing of things though. I feel winded just carrying laundry up the stairs, gotta build up that endurance again and maybe, just maybe quit smoking. ;)

The high school around the corner from me has their Gym open to the public a few nights per week. I might have to go up there and check it out.

About to get a work out courtesy of Mother Nature and shovel out my parking lot. My neighbor did it earlier but it's covered again.

I'm going to start playing vollyball once a week, I'm playing in a tournament today with at least 6 games if we lose them all.. which it looks like we will..lol

I've never been involved in a volleyball tournament - only in HS, where do they do that at? Local gyms or what?
 
I used to have a gym membership but since I moved more out in the boonies, going to the gym is completely out of the way. I bought that P90X and INSANITY and do that a few times a week at home. :) Those two videos give me all the workout I need, lol. All I am really interested in is cardio so that my heart and lungs get plenty of activity. Being a smoker doesn't help though :s

I smoke as well. I know my lungs aren't as tough as they used to be when I didn't smoke. I remember I could work out then for at least an hour or two non-stop without having to take a break. If I could get any machine[if money wasn't an issue], I'd buy the treadclimber by Boxflex. It's a lot better than any treadmill or Elipitical on the market - and with that machine you usually do double the amount of calories that regular machines be doing.
 
When I was still in high school before I moved from the city to this suburban hell I was training vigorously for wrestling and MMA
I had a pretty fierce training schedule and a pretty strict diet to boot

When I moved from the city but started going to college; I would use the weight room there during my lunch period; because the gym was in the same building as a subway where I ate lunch almost everyday.
But since I stopped college I no longer work out like I use to, but I want to get back into it. I just wish our community gym was closer and so many people around here didn't have dogs.
