Do you wear blue light-blocking glasses?

When you use a PC or play video games there is a blue light that can affect your eyes, make your eyes feel tired or heavy, and also in some people cause headaches. Due to this companies have released blue-light-blocking glasses that you can wear that protect your eyes from the blue light that emits so you can play video games for longer with no issues. This really helps content creators who tend to spend a lot of time playing video games, creating videos, and live streaming as well.

I've considered it. In fact, much of my life I have been doing web development and it's often strained my eyes, but anyway, lately it's not been as much the case cause I'm on a mobile so much.

I have it added to my prescription, not sure if it helps or not, but can't hurt, specially given how much time I spend on the PC.

They say dark themes help out and it sure seems so. Well, if you have a dark theme or a dark alt-theme, then do you need the glasses? Anyway, I get sick of tech and unless there's a job requiring constant screen-time, I wouldn't be doing that nowadays.
