I hate it when someone plays their music out loud especially when we are all in the same apartment. Your choice of music can never be the same with what others like, so you have to play it for yourself alone as far as I see it.

The reason we have headphones and earphones is because those accessories helps one have a bit of privacy once they play music. You can't be disturbing the whole neighborhood with your loud music and want to be considered responsible.
I don't joke with making use of my earbuds because I know how annoying it can be when I hear another person's music playing out loud especially when I'm not in the mood for listening to music.
When I'm alone and not wanting distraction, I tune the volume to the max in order to take inspiration from my favourite songs and enjoy what I'm doing at the moment. I enjoy playing music while surfing the internet and getting valuable information.
If you have your house all by yourself, then there is nothing for you to worry about when it comes to playing your music out loud. You don't have to worry about being a pain for others.

I don't mind playing music out loud when I'm alone and in a private space, but I'd never play music aloud in a public space where others can hear because they probably don't want to hear it. It always annoys me when other people play music out loud because it's always something obnoxious and annoying and they're doing it for attention.

I don't mind having my music somewhat loud if I am busy in the house such as working or even doing some kind of decorating or rearranging of furniture in the house but I never have my music so loud that it bothers others.
I don't like noise and that is why I don't love to play my music out loud. I would not be the person to disturb the person next to me with loud music. It is not fair.
If I am using an external speaker, how else am I expected to play the music without another person hearing it. And I am not that fan of headphones. I play my music out loud but not to the point of disturbing another person.
