Did you hear about that metra train crash tonight?

9am update - Critical but Stable. Head injury most important. Broken clavicle, 5 broken ribs, broken ankle. Lost his left thumb. Please continue to pray for him
 
My godfather was hit by a train while he was in his car. The area did not have any warning signals and there was a curve in the road, so it was hard to see. The seatbelt saved his life. He spent many months in the hospital and with physical therapy. He had to start walking with a cane too.

My heart goes out to you and your family. You all will be in my thoughts and prayers.
