1. You can do this via a ticket to our migration team, which will be processed when time permits.
2. You can delete the mailbox and remake it with the proper name.
If you need to save the mail that's in there now and you have that email set up in outlook you can export the mail to a .pst and import it again once the account is remade and the profile is reconfigured in outlook. Also, you may want to create an alias for the new mailbox so that all mail addressed to the old address will be routed to the new name. Here is a link to a microsoft article explaining the process.
