It's usually free and possibly more interesting than using a treadmill or exercise bike, mainly cause there is more to your mind occupied than just music. However, though, some pitfalls to jogging include sore knees and possibly a harassing public.

Anyway, how far can you jog? What type of weather do you jog in? What is your typical outfit?

Yes I do! I always wake up early in the morning, around 6am and I do Jogging. I run for about 40mins to 1 hour everyday, and it feels good to my body. Sometimes if my alarm did not wake me in the morning, I do jogging in the afternoon around 4pm.

Well not necessarily like but it is part of my Lifestyle. I need a good jog to boost me through the day, and It is the only exercise that I do find relaxing especially if I am seeing a great view while on a jog. Our weather here also favor us to do such type of exercise outside all through out the year so I am just appreciating it in the most possible way. :)

Jogging was one of my daily routine, i like to jog early in the morning it helps me burn fat and got my breath more fresher and comfortable.

I like jogging because it's a workout suitable for everyone a little useful for weight loss and to tighten thighs, legs, buttocks and even the hips. It's one of the most natural and spontaneous physical activities, running helps to reach wellbeing and physical fitness as well as losing weight, but also running has its own rules. Here are the basic rules for weight loss running: 1- You get excellent results by running fasting, allowed only the water. Fast jogging is in fact useful for improving lipid power: the ability of the body to consume as much fat as possible in the unit of time. So running fasting helps to lose weight: the lack of sugars means that during the race the body uses mainly fats as fuel. This rule can also be applied gradually starting to eliminate some food from breakfast (if you train in the morning) or snack (if you train in the evening).2- Weight loss means losing fat, jogging is recommended for a maximum of 40 minutes per workout. 3- In jogging training one of the basic rules is to listen to your body and not overdo it: especially for those who start running and out of practice, it is good to alternate slow running and fast walking in 40 minutes of training , this is to avoid any muscle cramps that may force the "forced" rest in the following days. Even fast walking is useful for weight loss and for firming thighs, legs and buttocks. As you gain more strength and breath, you will increase the running time and reduce the amount of walking time.
For a good workout with jogging is necessary continuity: to get good results both in terms of weight loss and in terms of increased breath and physical resistance, it is good to run a day yes and a day no for 3-4 times at the week. Running only one day a week does not lose weight. The more time passes between a jogging workout and the other, the lower the results on weight loss and resistance. This rule is also called "alternating load and rest": alternate running sessions, one day of running and one of rest.

yes..jogging or walking atleast 2-3 times a week makes you better living..jogging and walking can also be more funny if you can add some tricks like if you have a pal/pet on your house.jogging or walking with your dog gives you both good benefits..if your a busy person..you can always find a little bit of time playing with your pets..so instead of playing them inside your home..take them outside and do some cardio..so both of you gets the benefits of healthy living.

I like to jog every morning because it helps me feel alive for the whole day and jogging can increase the blood circulation in our body. In addition, jogging is my way of losing weight and burn fats.

Funny enough my body refuses to jog. I can walk or I can run, but for some reason I can't jog
I do like to run though. My area isn't the greatest for it so I will usually drive to a park or something, or run in another area that I'm visiting for other reasons. When I was at university I would run 45-60 minutes before I started to get tired etc, but I mostly blame stress etc for that. Now I'm lucky to get 20 minutes before I'm breathing hard haha.
Right now I'm out with a busted ankle and it's killing me.

I did this as always. I knew that doing this thing can help us being healthy. It help also to enhance our stamina and we are able to do those long time things. So I should encouraging you to do this jogging because there are many good effects and can affect our life becoming healthy.

I remember jogging when I was losing some of my thing called "Holiday weight", and probably I do it on a night time with jogging shorts and shoes as well. And also. I only can do 3 laps for a wide park.
