It's different from insomnia. Sometimes I sleep like a baby, really great, sometimes I sleep like ****, barely a few hours, then the day after I have to catch up on sleep. That disorder alone makes me eligible for disability. But ever since taking Lyrica, 50mg at bedtime, my mood tranquilizer (I've been able to sleep better with a more regular sleep pattern or schedule). My therapist/psychiatrist says it's because I'm neurotypical and have ADHD too personally. What about you? Do you have a sleep disorder?

I suffer from fibromyalgia which causes me to suffer a lot of pain. I am on medication for it but I do have nights where the pain can keep me awake and I have trouble sleeping which can then leave me needing to sleep during the day once the pain is eased. I also once suffered from insomnia which was awful so I am glad my sleeping is not that bad anymore.

I am not currently suffering from any sleeping disorder. I have been able to enjoy my sleep every night no matter how tough my day was.

I used to suffer real bad from insomnia and stare at the ceiling keeping my partner awake because I would toss and turn. Luckily I have gotten through that with the help of the sleep meds I was on. I still do occasionally have problems but not as much.

When I was experiencing such, I began doing trainings at night and it was a big relief for me. I will recommend doing same for you as well.
