Anger is frequently a result of frustration, or of feeling blocked or thwarted from something.
Anger they say, have never cooked a good meal.
One of the ways I try to control my anger before it goes over board is "KEEPING QUIT" Then I will leave that environment and take a walk.
 
I'm the last person in the world that's going to say anything whenever I'm angry or pissed. Why is it that because I hate apologizing for what I said. I rather keep and listen to music.. Music calm me down very well. It's my way of dealing with anger.
 
I used to be hot tempered when I was still a lot younger and it's cost me so much that I had to do everything within my power to fix that emotional problem. I went for therapy for 5 months before I was able to get better. I just laugh and walk away from anything that makes me angry.
 
When I am angry. Sometimes I just let go and move on, but on other days I like to trash out the issue with whoever annoyed me so it doesn't get to repeat itself again.
 
I try not to continue with any discussion whenever I am angry since that can make me say things I will regret later. This has made not to get annoyed easily when people offend me.
